1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Courier delays.
Severe weather conditions.
Public holidays.
High seasonal demand.
Unexpected transport or logistics disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this email will include your tracking number together with a tracking link.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Elvorac cannot be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations because of legal, courier, or logistical restrictions. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund where appropriate.
